Refund policy

At THE JAIPUR STORY, every garment is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted in limited quantities. Many of our pieces involve handcrafting and are made to order or finished specifically for each customer. For this reason, all purchases are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once an order has been delivered.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

* Incorrect size selection
* Change of mind
* Preference regarding colour, fit or style
* Delayed requirement or occasion changes

We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, size chart and garment measurements before placing an order. If you need assistance choosing the right size, our team will be happy to help before you purchase.

No Refunds

All orders are non-refundable once confirmed. Refunds will not be issued for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect size ordered
* Colour variations caused by screen or device settings
* Minor irregularities that are characteristic of handcrafted textiles and embroidery

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Every order undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing on contact.thejaipurstory@gmail.com with:

* Your order number
* Clear photographs of the product
* Images of the package received

Our team will review the request and, if found to be a genuine manufacturing defect or a dispatch error on our part, we will provide an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Handcrafted Products

Our garments are handcrafted using traditional Indian textile techniques and hand embroidery. Slight variations in weave, print placement, embroidery, colour, texture and finish are natural characteristics of handmade products and should not be considered defects.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.
